Every journey begins with a personal conversation. I usually set aside around 30 minutes for this complimentary initial conversation. Together, we look at what is on your mind and explore whether my approach is right for you and your situation. You don\u2019t need to come with a fully formed goal or a specific question in mind.<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I usually allow 90 minutes for a coaching session. This gives us enough space to explore a topic from different perspectives, identify complex issues, and follow what emerges in the conversation.<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

There is no way to determine that in advance. Sometimes a single coaching session can already set something significant in motion. Other topics need time and benefit from a series of conversations.\nIn some situations, I also offer longer-term support \u2013 particularly when deeper processes of change are involved. Together, and as the process unfolds, we decide what makes sense for you and your situation. Trusted Companion describes the attitude from which I work with people. I don\u2019t see my role as telling you what you should do, but as being an independent counterpart at eye level \u2013 someone who listens, questions, makes connections visible, and looks particularly closely at those spots where your own perspective may be reaching its limits. A clear yes and no.
I hold a state-issued licence to practise psychotherapy under the German HPG and bring many years of experience supporting people through the 12 Steps.
Both inform my understanding of personal transformation and change.
