What drives me is a deep interest in people \u2013 in their stories and in who they are. I approach them with care, openness, and trust in their own potential.

My perception was sharpened where vision meets reality. In the raw dynamics of small, fast-moving teams and as Creative Lead on major international productions for global players such as Nike, BMW, Lufthansa and T-Mobile.

On international film and photography sets, the pressure to succeed is immense.

Decisions need to have an immediate impact. Collaboration under extreme intensity sharpens perception into a way of seeing that reaches far beyond the visible.

Through years of working with individuals undergoing profound transformations within the 12 Steps, my perspective gained another dimension.
